CRM for Medium Businesses includes a range of features designed to make it easier for you to manage your sales opportunities, quotes, and customers on a day-to-day basis:

  • The planning and control aids in the areas of the solution (sales opportunities, offers, products, customers and companies) enable all activities to be tracked. Thus, description fields can be filled out in each area and timelines with related appointments, phone calls, e-mails or tasks can be stored.

  • Sales opportunities are automatically captured in a tabular view as they are received. The associated company is linked, an estimated closing date is defined, and statements about estimated sales are provided.

  • All activities can be linked to the associated companies and contact persons. A traceability of all correlations is thus designed very user-friendly and simple.

  • Link your product catalog to opportunities and quotes to estimate cost, revenue and effort statements.

  • By storing your business partners, it is possible to track at any time which meetings, emails or phone calls have occurred in the past. In addition, sales opportunities or offers can be filtered for an explicit person/company.

  • *Template function: Create Word/ PDF documents from freely configurable offer templates, which can then be sent by e-mail.

  • *Reminder function: Among other things, notifications of newly received leads, sales opportunities that have not been processed for some time, the person responsible for a quotation is reminded of resubmission (customer contact).

CRM for Medium Business makes your professional life easier and allows you to move from several separate programs (sales software, customer lists, quotation lists, customer contact software, ...) to one platform.

Do you already use other Microsoft products? Our solution is easily connectable to all other Microsoft products (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, ...). In the Dashboards section, you can view graphical representations of the data in the system. Pre-built dashboards on sales opportunities exist by default in the system such as Opportunity by Probability in %, Open Opportunities by Account, Top 3: Estimated Revenue by Opportunity, or Top 3: Revenue by Owner. These are also highly customizable and filterable to create accurate representations of individual facts. In addition, further dashboards can be created individually via "+New".




Incoming sales opportunities are assigned an estimated close date, an estimated revenue, and a probability based on the lead scoring principle. The lead scoring model is a system for evaluating leads. Your sales team can spend their time where it matters - on qualified leads that increase sales productivity and ensure a better return on investment for your company.



CRM for Medium Businesses is available in three different packages. The Basic package provides all basic functionalities. With the Essentials package, in addition to all basic functionalities, you also receive the template function*, consulting and customization time, the opportunity to express future updates for further developments through feedback, and a system briefing by our expert. The Professional package offers, in addition to the package contents of the Basic and Essentials package, a reminder function*. Customization time is the time that is used to adapt the CRM system to your individual needs. This includes, for example, process adjustments, enhancements and automations.

What does the feedback development meeting involve, what further developments would there be?

Yes, the minimum subscription period for all packages is one month.
